Trainer Agreement

What Letzmov expects from every trainer: verification, safety, conduct, fees and responsibility.

1. Your relationship with Letzmov

This agreement is between you and Purple Passage Private Ltd, Mumbai, Maharashtra, which runs Letzmov.
You are an independent professional, not an employee or agent. You choose when you work and are responsible for your own taxes and GST, if applicable.

You must upload true, valid documents: Aadhaar, training certificate, employment proof and compliance document. Specialist certificates are needed for Women's Health and Ageless Movers sessions.
Documents are valid for one year. Fake or altered documents mean permanent removal and may be reported to the police.
Tell us within 48 hours of any police case, court case or complaint against you.

Before starting, ask the customer about injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy and medicines. Do not train anyone who reports warning signs without their doctor's clearance.
Only coach within your qualifications. Adjust or stop exercises when a customer feels unwell.
Know the emergency numbers: 112 (all emergencies), 108 (ambulance). Report any injury or incident to Letzmov the same day.
Physical contact only when needed for form correction, and only after asking the customer first.

Zero tolerance for harassment, sexual misconduct, abuse, discrimination, or being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. A confirmed safety complaint means permanent removal.
Do not take customers or payments off Letzmov, and do not share customers' contact details.
No-shows add 5 points to your platform fee (maximum 35%). Three no-shows mean a six-month cool-off.

Letzmov keeps a platform fee based on your level: Coach 20%, Hustler 17%, Gamechanger 14%, Icon 10%, At risk 25%.
Payouts are made to your bank account or UPI after each completed, paid session.

You are responsible for harm caused by your own negligence, misconduct or coaching outside your qualifications.
You agree to cover Letzmov's losses, legal costs and claims that arise from your breach of this agreement, negligence or misconduct.
Letzmov plans to arrange group insurance. Until then, and where a claim falls outside that cover, you remain responsible for your own actions.
Letzmov's total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the platform fees earned from the booking concerned.

Do not make false or damaging public statements about Letzmov, customers or other trainers. Raise concerns with us directly.
Keep customer information private, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
You allow us to show your approved profile, rating and experience on Letzmov.

You may leave at any time after finishing or cancelling your upcoming sessions.
We may suspend or remove you straight away for safety, fraud or serious conduct issues, and with 7 days' notice for other reasons.
Disputes go first to mediation in Mumbai. This agreement follows Indian law and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
