Booking, pricing, cancellations and rewards.
- How do I book a session?
- Pick a session length (15, 30 or 60 minutes), choose your partner's gender preference, then book by time slot or by rating. Pay in the app and your partner's name and contact details appear once the session is accepted.
- What do sessions cost?
- 15 minutes is ₹300, 30 minutes is ₹450 and 60 minutes is ₹800. Companies book 30-minute sessions at a flat ₹450 per session.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Cancel more than 3 hours before the start time at no cost. Within 3 hours the full session fee applies, because your partner has already blocked the time.
- How do rewards work?
- Every completed, paid session counts towards your level. Each new level unlocks a one-time LetzCredit and extra perks. Credits expire 12 months after they unlock and never reduce your partner's earnings.
- I forgot my password.
- On the sign-in page tap "Forgot your password?". We email you a link; open it and choose a new password, which replaces the old one right away.

For Fitness Partners
Joining, verification, fees and payouts.
- How do I join as a Fitness Partner?
- Apply on the partner sign-up page, complete your profile and upload your ID, training certificate, employment proof and compliance document. Our checks run automatically and our team reviews anything unclear.
- When do I go live?
- As soon as all four documents are approved. Documents are valid for one year, and we remind you 30 days before anything expires.
- What does Letzmov keep?
- A platform fee that drops as you complete more sessions and keep your ratings high: Coach 20%, Hustler 17%, Gamechanger 14%, Icon 10%. Ratings below 3.0 move you to At risk at 25%.
- When am I paid?
- Each paid session creates a payout in your hub after the session is completed, showing the gross amount, the platform fee and your net earnings.
- What happens with no-shows?
- Each no-show adds 5 points to your platform fee (capped at 35%). Three no-shows means a six-month cool-off, and a confirmed safety complaint means permanent removal.

- Where do staff sign in?
- Use the "Staff sign in" link at the bottom of any page. Sign in with your work email and password, or ask for a one-click email link.
- What can staff do?
- Review trainer applications and documents, manage cities, approve payouts, view the live session calendar, send customer reminders, monitor rewards and answer support messages.
