Terms of Use for members

The rules for booking sessions on Letzmov, what we are responsible for, and how we keep you safe.

Purple Passage Private Ltd, Mumbai, Maharashtra · Last updated 2026-09-24

1. Who we are

  • Letzmov is a service operated by Purple Passage Private Ltd, Mumbai, Maharashtra ("we", "us"). These Terms apply whenever you use our website or app to book a fitness session.
  • By ticking "I agree" when booking, you accept these Terms, the Safety Policy and the Cancellation & Refund rules below.

2. What Letzmov does

  • We are a marketplace. We verify trainers' identity and certificates and help you book and pay for sessions.
  • Trainers are independent professionals, not our employees. Each trainer is responsible for how they run their session.

3. Your health comes first

  • You confirm you are 18 or older (or booking with a parent's consent) and fit to exercise.
  • If you are pregnant, recently gave birth, are over 60, or have a heart, blood-pressure, joint, breathing or other medical condition, you must get your doctor's clearance before booking and tell your trainer before the session starts.
  • Stop right away and tell your trainer if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or breathlessness. In an emergency call 112.
  • Exercise carries a natural risk of injury. You take part voluntarily and accept that risk, except where harm is caused by someone's negligence or misconduct.

4. Bookings, payment and cancellations

  • Prices are shown in rupees before you pay: 15 min ₹300, 30 min ₹450, 60 min ₹800.
  • Cancel more than 3 hours before the start at no cost. Within 3 hours the full session fee applies.
  • If your trainer cancels or does not turn up, you get a full refund or a free rebooking.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) within 5–7 working days.

5. Respect and safety

  • Treat trainers with respect. Harassment, abuse, discrimination or any unwanted physical or verbal behaviour leads to permanent removal and may be reported to the police.
  • Keep all bookings and payments on Letzmov. Paying a trainer directly means we cannot protect you.
  • Report any safety issue from My sessions or Help. We look at safety reports first and may suspend a trainer while we check.

6. Limits of our responsibility

  • We carefully verify trainers, but we cannot control everything that happens during a session.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim linked to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
  • We are not responsible for indirect losses (such as lost income) or for injuries caused by a health condition you did not tell us or your trainer about.
  • Nothing here limits responsibility for death or injury caused by our own negligence, fraud, or anything else that Indian law does not allow us to limit.
  • Letzmov plans to arrange group insurance for sessions. Where it is in place, eligible claims may be paid under that policy.

7. Reviews and your reputation

  • Ratings and reviews must be honest and about your own session. We may remove reviews that are false, abusive or share private details.
  • Please raise complaints with us first so we can help, before posting in public.

8. Your data

  • We collect only what we need to run bookings, payments and safety checks, and handle it under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
  • Trainer and customer contact details are shared only after a booking is confirmed.

9. Complaints and disputes

  • Grievance Officer: Amrita Dubey, amrita@letzmov.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
  • If we cannot resolve a dispute together, it will first go to mediation in Mumbai. These Terms follow Indian law and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction. Your rights under consumer protection law are not affected.
